ABOUT WREN RIVER INTERIORS

There's a huge amount written about interior design - what's in fashion, what's off-trend, what one designer thinks, what another is wearing. Although this may be of some interest to people in the business, it's of little use if you're choosing an interiors specialist to work with.

At Wren River, we prefer to let our work, and our clients, speak for themselves. From the fabric of the building itself, through elegantly proportioned furnishings, to the specialist paint effects upon which our reputation is built. Our designs grow out of careful consideration for the needs of our clients, and development of their style in order to create interiors that are beautiful for years to come. On these pages you will find examples from a portfolio of worth that goes back over 25 years. You'll also have a chance to read comments from some of the people that have chosen us to work on their interiors.

If you'd like to know more about what we're able to offer, please do get in touch.

MEET THE TEAM

Nikki Leguen de Lacroix

"My mother was an art teacher, and one of my earliest memories is playing with paints and clay alongside her in the beautifully proportioned art room with huge windows over-looking the sea."
Nikki trained in hotel management and catering.

"Working in hospitality, I quickly understood the role played by presentation, quality and ambience in a restaurant's success. I found that I had a natural ability for space planning and design and that these skills complemented Charles' perfectly."

Over the years, Nikki and Charles have completely renovated a hugely diverse range of properties, including their own.

"Any renovation that takes place around the day-to-day life of a family has the potential to be stressful and messy. Because we understand this, we're able to make the process as smooth as possible for our clients."

Charles Wright

Charles's early passion for interior design led to him studying art and design before being recruited by one of London's leading specialist decorating companies.

He describes the experience of working on rare and prestigious residential properties as, "indelible - it's permeated my work ever-since, a watermark of appreciation and quality that all artists strive to achieve."

"My passion is for detail, an empathy for materials and the blending of traditional techniques with contemporary flair. Nikki and I built Wren River on the belief that our energy and drive for the sublime would enable us to offer a unique interior design service; one that was complete, creative and original."
